施術料金改定のお知らせ / Notice of the treatment price change.

令和5年5月1日より、施術料金を以下の通り変更させていただきます。
ご了承の程、宜しくお願い申し上げます。
Please be noticed that the treatment fee will be increased from May 1, 2023 as follows:

一般 (高校生以上) Adult / High school age or higher ￥5,500-
中学生　Middle school age ￥4,400-
小学生以下 Elementary school age or lower ￥3,300-

初診料・Initial Surcharge * ￥3,300-
*初診時、または最後の診療時より1年以上経過した後の再来院時にかかります。
*Will be added at the initial visit or a visit after 1 year from the last visit.
